Cross Conduit

The Cross of Christ is the conduit that transmitted the life of heaven into this dying world. - FCS

The Mystery Revealed

The Apostle Paul received the revelation from God regarding His plan in the world. The Mystery was that no longer was God just blessing, saving and using the Israelites, but He makes the rest of the world, Gentiles, recipients of the promise and partakers of the new covenant in Christ.

Christ made it possible, by God's grace, for everyone who has faith in Him, to be a child of God. That means that He no longer is holding back anything from you. Whereas before we believed, we were in enmity with Him and walked according to our own sinful desires. All we were going to receive was His wrath. But God. I love that phrase. "But God". He loved us while we were still sinners. He made a way for us to be part of all of His blessings.

Paul says that these blessings are beyond what we can imagine. He says they are unsearchable riches. They are both unimaginable and unsearchable because even in eternity, we will never exhaust them. Because God is eternal and everlasting, so is what we receive from our Father, through Christ Jesus.

Another blessing is that the believer sits with Christ in heavenly places. If you are not a believer, He invites you to take a seat with Him today. Do it. Don't delay. You won't regret it.

Can't Say That You Are, Until...

To be truly Biblical, a Christian and a Church must be enthusiastically Missional. To not have a heart after the lost is antithetical to what the Bible teaches. It is obviously of utmost importance to believe right, but even more so to live out the belief in our daily walk.

God created the world in six days and on the seventh day he rested. After the fall of man, because of Adam and Eve's sin, God began to redeem mankind. He foretold of the coming Saviour many times through His prophets, angels and His direct communications. His desire has always been to restore mans relationship with Himself.

God accomplished this through his Son, Jesus. He was born on earth without sin, lived a sinless life, and became sin for us at the cross where he died to redeem us. All of this because He was on a mission to reconcile the Creator with His creation, YOU. He came to set us free.

He expects and extols us to communicate that message of His love to all around us. As someone once said, "Preach the gospel at all times and if necessary, use words." Our actions speak louder than our words. To have a vision and a mission, and to not move upon it only creates frustration.

To be Biblical, doctrinally correct and orthodox, one can not help but to be missional, outreaching and ministerial. The two go hand in hand. Jesus said that we would receive His power to be witnesses. Witnesses are people who communicate a story, a message. Witnesses are not people who sit back and just watch events without and wait to see how things will pan out.

You and I have a message to tell. Such is the case that He calls us Ambassadors. We represent the Kingdom of God, therefore it is our duty to obey the King of kings. Remember that faith (doctrine, belief) without works (missional, ministry, outreach) is dead (lifeless, ineffective). As we become missional, in obedience to His commands, we demonstrate our faith and fight for it with our actions.

Lets go set people free!
